We ship orders in by 10am  (EST) the next business day.




No Fee Drop Shipping

We offer white label drop shipping directly to your customers. At checkout, use the checkbox for “Ship to a Different Address?”. Simply enter your customers information and choose “Yes, this is a drop shipping order.”

We will shop your customers order discretely, in a plain brown box with the return address of “Shipping Department”.  Inside the box they will find a packing slip inside will not include any AWD information or pricing.

 

UPS

All UPS Shipments will be insured for the full order amount.

USPS

This map will provide you with expected 1, 2, or 3 day delivery areas for Priority Mail® shipments.

Exceptions apply and delivery time is not guaranteed.

Please be advised that USPS will only insure your package for $50. In the event of a lost or damaged package, that is the maximum that will be covered.

Fedex

All FedEx Shipments will be insured for the full order amount.

Back Orders

If an item is out of stock, “back-order” will show on the product page.

Another alert will show in your shopping cart to let you know that item is not currently in stock. 

You will receive a notification via email or phone call with status updates and your item will ship as soon as it becomes available. 

If you would like additional information, or if you prefer to cancel the back ordered item, please email your request to sales@MyAWD.com referencing your order number.
